ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT LEVELS OF SERVICE: |
FINANCIAL ONLY: * Monthly bookkeeping responsibilities include entering and paying all Association bills, reconciling Association bank accounts, collection and processing of Association dues. * Assisting Association Board with development and management of the annual operating and reserve budget. * Attend, assist and maintain minutes on file of all Association meetings. * 24/7 online access to all Association information. FULL SERVICE: All services performed for a Financial Only account plus the following services: * Monitoring and weekly visual inspection of buildings, property, landscaping, lighting, parking, etc. * Coordinating maintenance and repair with subcontractors. * Hire and supervise on-site staff, superintendent and all contractors (where required). * 24/7 on call status for emergencies related to the buildings and Association property. FULL SERVICE WITH ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGER: All services performed for a Full Service account plus the following services: *Maintaining regular set office hours at the Associations on-site office. |
